Erin S.
Erin is the dedicated Cheer Coach for the Worcester Railers Cheerleaders, bringing her passion for dance and community to the team. Born and raised in Worcester, Erin is deeply proud to represent both the Railers and her hometown. With a degree in psychology and a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), she combines her knowledge of the human mind and body to foster a positive and dynamic environment for her cheerleaders.
Outside of coaching, Erin is a devoted dog lover, caring for her two dogs and working as a dog nanny.
Davi V.
"Director Davi" is back for her third season with the Railers Cheer team! Davi has 10 years of cheerleading experience and helped with the Railers Cheerleaders last season.
In her professional career, Davi is an environmental engineer working in air pollution enforcement. Davi loves to travel and spend time with family!
Kaleigh D.
Kaleigh is a Railers Cheer vet, re-joining the team for her third season. She was a competitive dancer in her younger years and can't wait for year 3 with the Railers! She owns her own hair salon in Worcester and is the hair stylist for the Railers Cheer Team.
In her spare time, Kaleigh loves spending time with her three children and husband, listening to music, going to the gym, or doing anything that has to do with the outdoors!
Josie M.
Josie is a returning vet who is excited to be a part of this team and root the Worcester Railers on for a third year. She is currently working towards getting her master’s in mental health counseling, where she hopes to open a practice of animal therapy. Josie has been dancing since she was two years old and has performed in theater, professional Nutcrackers, and dance photography.
When she is not dancing herself, she works at a dance studio as a teacher, choreographer, and front desk. Outside of dance, Josie enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, and traveling.
Hayley M.
Hayley is excited to be a Railers Cheerleader for her third year! Hayley has been dancing since she was two years old, winning many regional and national titles. She graduated from college with a Bachelor’s of Arts in dance. She has been a part of the Boston Cannons Dance Team and the Massachusetts Pirates Cheerleaders.
Hayley is a dance teacher at two dance studios in Massachusetts, and travels the country with her students to different competitions, where they have won national and world championships.
Elena C.
Elena is excited for her second season as a Railers Cheerleader! She is a 2023 graduate from URI with a degree in Health Studies. She currently works at MGH as a physical therapy aide gaining a lot of knowledge and experience while figuring out where she wants to go next in the healthcare field.
Elena has been a life long dancer, and when she’s not dancing, she enjoys going to yoga classes and hanging out with friends.
Ava L.
Ava is a first-year Railers Cheerleader, and she is so excited to be a part of the team and the Worcester Railers community! Ava graduated in 2023 from Endicott College, where her love for dance blossomed to pursue a professional dance career. Ava has been dancing almost her whole life and was heavily involved in her school's dance program, where she became president and choreographer for her peers.
Aside from cheering for the Railers, Ava also works as a stretch specialist. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and playing with her two cats, Kiwi and Peaches!
Cassandra F.
Cassandra is thrilled to be joining the Worcester Railers cheerleading team for her rookie season! She brings her passion for health, fitness, and performance to the ice with a background in personal training and nutrition, and a degree in Health Science. Cassandra loves pushing her limits and finding new ways to challenge herself. Her favorite part of being on the team is the strong connection she’s building with her teammates and the excitement of performing for the fans. Cassandra was also a part of the Massachusetts Pirates Cheerleading team.
When she’s not cheering, you’ll find her working out at the gym or spending quality time with her family and loved ones.
Hannah H.
This is Hannah’s first season as a Railers Cheerleader. Hannah is a 2025 graduate from the University of Illinois with a degree in Marketing. She has been dancing her whole life and was proud to be a member of the Illinettes Dance Team during her time at Illinois. Since moving to Boston, she’s begun her career working in sales for a tech company.
Outside of dance and work, she loves long walks and listening to podcasts!
Lexani L.
Lexani is thrilled to begin her rookie season as a Railers Cheerleader! Her passion for dance and performance began at the age of 2, and she now shares that passion with the next generation of dancers as a dedicated dance teacher.
Outside of dance, Lexani is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration of entrepreneurship.
Lydia S.
Lydia is thrilled to be joining the Railers for her first season after recently wrapping up her rookie year with the Massachusetts Pirates. She’s been dancing her whole life and continued her passion as a member and captain of the Union College Dance Team, even performing at the world-renowned Edinburgh Fringe Festival. A 2024 Union graduate, Lydia now works as a recruiter specializing in accounting and finance.
When she’s not dancing, she loves spending time at the beach, doing yoga, and hanging out with friends.
Miranda G.
Miranda is a first-year Railers Cheerleader! A 2024 graduate of Western New England University, she has been dancing for as long as she can remember, performing on her college dance team and serving as a choreographer.
Off the ice, she works in Marketing and Social Media, combining her passion for performance with her expertise in content creation and promotion! Outside of dance, Miranda loves traveling, photography, and spending time with family and friend
Patricia G.
Patricia, also known as Peach, is a first-year Railers Cheerleader! She brings a unique background in dance and character performance from her time with The Walt Disney Company, where she performed at Walt Disney World in Florida and aboard the Disney Cruise Line on the Dream 19 Cast. Currently working in Ad Tech as an Account Coordinator, Patricia is excited to begin this new journey in dance and performance. She’s passionate about creating magical moments both on and off the ice!
Outside of work, she loves going out for karaoke or enjoying afternoon tea with friends.
Sarah L.
This is Sarah’s first season as a Railers Cheerleader! She has been dancing since the age of 4, and did both dance and cheerleading in college. One of her favorite memories was competing with her team at the NCA College Nationals in Daytona Beach. She now works full time as a software engineer and coaches her old college’s dance team.
Outside of work and the Railers, she loves to hike and play piano.
